I was lucky enough to attend the American Express Platinum Dining Event at the YEW Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel and it was such a fun evening full of absolutely amazing food - Definitely a night to remember!
The dinner was one of the many exclusive dining events Amex Platinum creates for their Platinum Cardmembers, which includes amazing wine pairings, exclusive menu's and meet and greet opportunities with the Chef. Our five course meal created by Chef Ned Bell & Guest Chef Jeff Van Geest focused on sustainable seafood and BC's local ingredients (think beets, truffles and burrata cheese) The meal was also perfectly paired with wines from BC's Golden Mile, and while I don't drink much, it was wonderful to have a sip with each course.
