Let The Sun Shine
Often when it is cold out, dresses are off-limits for me. I am not a huge fan of full tights (I find them uncomfortable) and I am not a fan of the bare-leg in winter thing either. I have been loving the look of knee-highs lately though, so I put this outfit together for those winter days when it's cold out, but the sun is still shining.
